Customer registration process will be termed as KYC for Deniz.
Container's bond for factory destuff must also be verified by the bank.
If any wrong information or misdeclaration about shipper, importer, cargo, packages, bank sign, endorsements, or any BL matters is given by the customer, Deniz Logistics LLP will not be responsible for any losses or damages. The registered customer will be wholly responsible for every occurred loss against disputed booking or BL number.
Cargo insurance responsibility is as per Incoterms agreed between shipper & importer.
Our detention & demurrage terms are standard and non-negotiable.
Only upto 72 hrs before vessel arrival at final POD, HBL-Manifest information is valid and shall be considered.
ETA to final POD is subject to change without prior notice to the consignee.
LEO copy for export must be uploaded to confirm loading of containers on the said vessel.
